2. Digital Product Notice

All digital products sold by Davis Premier are delivered electronically. No physical product will be shipped unless clearly stated on the product page.

It is your responsibility to provide the correct email address at checkout and to download/save your purchased product in a timely manner.

3. License for Personal Use Only

6. Download Link Protection

Download links provided after purchase are intended only for the original purchaser.

You may not forward, post, publish, sell, or share your download link.

If we believe a download link has been abused, shared, leaked, or used in violation of these Terms, Davis Premier reserves the right to disable the link, cancel access, refuse future purchases, and pursue available remedies.

7. No Resale or Commercial Use

Davis Premier digital products are not licensed for resale or commercial redistribution.

You may not use our products to create your own journal, planner, workbook, printable, digital download, Etsy product, Shopify product, Gumroad product, course material, coaching resource, lead magnet, or paid/free resource without written permission from Davis Premier.

This applies even if you edit the colors, change the fonts, rearrange the pages, rewrite portions, or combine the product with other materials.

8. User Responsibility

You are responsible for how you use the product.

Davis Premier does not guarantee any specific personal, emotional, mental, financial, health, productivity, or lifestyle result from using our products.

The 14-Day Reset Journal and related materials are tools for reflection and self-guided improvement. Your results may vary based on your personal effort, consistency, circumstances, and choices.

9. Wellness Disclaimer

Davis Premier products may include reflection prompts, wellness ideas, habit tracking, mindset exercises, and self-improvement content.

10. Refund Policy for Digital Products
